Sleep?
I sleep when I can. Only when the sea state, wind speed and direction do not change can I rest and then only when maintenance and repairs are finished. I have no regular schedule. I do have a problem in that I sleep so soundly nothing wakes me up.
Watch keeping?
I have an external buzzer on my intrusion guard alarm on my radar. It is loud. I have a Sea Me unit with a loud buzzer as well. Carbon has no radar signal so I use electronics.
